Rule 65
Danger of leakage at high voltage
(1) The insulation resistance of the 3,300 volt electrical system shall be at least 20 megaohms.
(2) When calculating the insulation resistance of an electrical system for every additional 1000 volts above 3,300 volts, the insulation resistance shall be calculated by adding 1 megohm to 20 megohms
(3) In accordance with sub-rules (1) and (2), electrical systems without insulation resistance should not be operated.
